Based on the requirements from our customers from Europe, Doncen used 45 mm planetary gear box with RS 775 motor to achieve customers' need. Our products could provide huge torque and stable output during the working time. Also, we considered about controling the sound by using high precision gears inside gearbox. Though this way, this geared motor could reduce the noise a lot. For better control of the seat system, engineers choose to add break and encoder on the behind of geared motor. The Hall sensor can accurately positioning the shaft instantaneous positon when the motor shaft rotates. Brake system is installed at the rear of the encoder.
